1. Delivery Areas
The Ink Florist currently provides delivery services within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and selected surrounding areas.
If your delivery address falls outside our standard delivery zones, additional delivery charges may apply. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed during our normal business hours.
- Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time.
- Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next available business day.
- During peak seasons, public holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and festive periods, processing and delivery times may be extended.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer before order fulfilment.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Remote locations
- Urgent or express delivery requests
- Specific delivery time requests
- Re-delivery requests
4. Delivery Time
We strive to deliver all orders within the selected delivery date. However, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Building access restrictions
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Customers may request a preferred delivery time, but this remains subject to route scheduling and operational availability.
5. Recipient Availability
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is available to receive the order.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:
- Leave the flowers with a receptionist, concierge, security personnel, neighbour, or other responsible person at the delivery location;
- Contact the recipient directly to arrange delivery;
- Arrange a re-delivery subject to additional charges.
Once the order has been delivered to the provided address and accepted by any responsible person at the location, the delivery will be considered completed.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient information, including:
- Recipient name
- Contact number
- Delivery address
- Delivery instructions (if applicable)
The Ink Florist will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for address changes after the order has been dispatched.
7. Failed Delivery
A delivery may be considered failed if:
- The recipient cannot be contacted;
- The delivery address is inaccessible;
- Incorrect delivery information was provided;
- Delivery is refused by the recipient.
In such cases, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver on time, The Ink Florist shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Traffic accidents
- Road closures
- Public events
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure events
